Terms of Service
The agreement between you and us covering the plugin and your subscription.
Last updated 10 September 2026
1. Who these terms are with
The Automator plugins for Adobe Photoshop — Mockup Automator, Split 3 Automator, Mirrored Edge Automator, Auto Upscaler and Watermark Automator, and any others released on this site — are operated from Australia by [INSERT LEGAL TRADING NAME] ("we", "us"). By installing or using a plugin you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use it.
2. What you are getting
Mockup Automator applies your artwork to your PSD mockup templates and exports the results. It requires mockup templates containing smart object layers, which you provide.
Split 3 Automator splits your images into three print-ready triptych panels and exports them. Mirrored Edge Automator applies a mirrored gallery-wrap edge to your images and exports them. Auto Upscaler enlarges images that are smaller than a print size you choose. Watermark Automator composites a logo you supply onto your photos.
Auto Upscaler enlarges images using Photoshop's own algorithms. Enlargement cannot recover detail that was not captured in the original file, and we make no warranty as to the quality of an enlarged image at any particular print size.
In Split 3 Automator and Mirrored Edge Automator, the sizes you choose are total finished dimensions and any wrap or border is subtracted from them rather than added to them. Sizes, edge treatments, wrap depths and print dimensions are settings you choose. We do not warrant that any particular size or wrap depth suits the printer or stretcher you use, and you should confirm those with them before ordering prints.
Both are plugins rather than standalone software and require a working installation of Adobe Photoshop 24.0 or later, which you provide. Each is a separate subscription with its own licence key unless you subscribe to a plan that covers more than one.
We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or a partner of Adobe. Photoshop and Creative Cloud are products of Adobe Inc.
3. Free tier
Each plugin has its own free allowance of ten exported files in total. It is a one time allowance per plugin, not a monthly one. At present the free allowance is the only way the plugins are distributed; paid subscriptions are not yet available. We may change the size of the free allowance for new users, but we will not reduce an allowance you are already partway through.
4. Licence
While your subscription is active we grant you a personal, non exclusive, non transferable licence to install and use the plugin, or plugins, your subscription covers on up to two machines that you own or control.
You may not:
- Share, resell, sublicense or publish your licence key
- Decompile, reverse engineer or attempt to derive the source code
- Remove or alter any licensing or attribution mechanism
- Use the plugin to build a competing product
We may suspend a licence key we reasonably believe is being shared or used in breach of these terms. Where the circumstances allow, we will contact you first.
5. Your artwork stays yours
We claim no rights whatsoever over your artwork, your mockup templates, or any file the plugins produce — mockups, triptych panels or otherwise. They are yours, including commercially. The plugins do not transmit them to us and we never see them. See the Privacy Policy for detail.
You are responsible for holding the rights to the artwork and templates you run through the plugin.
6. Payment
Paid subscriptions are not yet available. When they are, they will be sold and processed by Blink, who act as the merchant of record for every plugin on this site. Your contract for a purchase made direct from this site is with Blink, and their terms apply to that transaction. Blink appear on your statement, issue your receipt, and handle the applicable sales tax or VAT. Where a plugin is bought through Adobe Exchange instead, Adobe is the seller and Adobe’s terms govern that purchase, including its billing and refunds.
Subscriptions will renew automatically until cancelled, monthly or annually depending on the plan you chose. Each plugin is a separate subscription, as is the Suite, which covers all five plugins for a single price and is sold direct from this site only. Plugins may be added or cancelled independently at any time, and no basket-based discount applies. Prices are in US dollars. If we change the price, existing subscribers will be notified by email before it takes effect and can cancel before the new price applies.
7. Cancellation and refunds
You can cancel at any time through the customer portal linked in your receipt. Cancelling stops future payments. Your licence key remains active until the end of the period you have paid for.
We offer a 14 day money back guarantee on your first payment. Email [email protected] within 14 days and we will refund it.
Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law or equivalent consumer protection legislation where you live. Those rights apply regardless of what this document says.
8. Availability
The plugins run on your own machine. Once subscriptions are live, the only thing they will need a connection for is checking your licence key, which they will do against Blink. We do not control that service and cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability of it, but we will make reasonable efforts to notify subscribers of extended outages.
9. Changes to the plugin
We will keep developing these plugins and features may be added, changed or removed. Any plugin or add-on described on this site as in development is a statement of intent, not a commitment, and no part of your subscription is conditional on it being released. This applies to plans described as covering future plugins: you should judge such a plan on the plugins it covers today.
10. Liability
The plugins write new files to an output folder you choose and do not modify your source artwork or templates. Even so, you are responsible for keeping backups of your own work.
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or relating to the plugins is limited to the amount you have paid us in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost profits or lost data. Again, this does not limit any non excludable rights you have under consumer law.
11. Ending the agreement
You can stop using the plugins at any time. We may terminate your licence if you materially breach these terms, in which case we will refund any unused portion of your current period unless the breach involved licence sharing or misuse.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. Any dispute will be dealt with in the courts of that jurisdiction, without affecting rights you may have to bring a claim in your own country of residence where the law provides for that.
13. Changes to these terms
If we change these terms we will update the date at the top of this page and notify active subscribers by email of anything material. Continuing to use the plugin after a change means you accept the updated terms.
14. Contact
